Every person’s journey deserves time, understanding, and respect. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—I meet you where you are. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, supporting you in building resilience and creating meaningful, lasting change. Sessions move at your pace, ensuring you feel supported without pressure or expectation.
As a relational therapist, I prioritize building an authentic, compassionate connection, creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Using a humanistic approach, I see you as a whole person—not just a set of challenges. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here, just a thoughtful, collaborative process centered on what truly matters to you.
I received my degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University and have experience working in private practice settings with both children and adults. I deeply value family and enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons.
